Inside the USA we use USPS as our default shipping method. -
International Shipping
If we are able to ship free, we will always do so. Our Essential Oil products DO NOT ship for free internationally. -
Shipping Times
Please allow up to 30 days for delivery before requesting further detailed tracking and delivery information. We have deliberately sourced products that have a relatively fast shipping time, however packages can sometimes take a little longer. You will receive shipping and order notifications from us. Please check your spam/junk folders. -
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping*, to do this, we consider our margins, your requirements and best product tracking. If your order is coming from outside of the USA, it will be the fastest option we have available.
* If your product is eligible for FREE shipping, this will be automatically applied at checkout. Free Shipping is available across most of our products. Essential Oils are not eligible for free shipping for international orders.

RETURNS
Returns are simple. Please contact us immediately when you wish to return an item. We will assist you with the correct process for that item. Returns MUST be made within 7 days of receiving the item in order to receive a refund. Items can only be returned if they are defective or incorrect.
